You point at what goes. We carry it. Up stairs, out of crawl spaces, through the back gate. Where it sits is our problem, not yours.
We sweep up and go
The space gets broomed before we leave. Anything still usable goes to donation or recycling instead of straight to landfill.

Junk Whales is family owned and crewed by student athletes from right here in Sarasota County. It is not a franchise, and the person who answers the phone is the person who shows up.
That matters more than it sounds. Junk removal is a young person's job: awkward weight, tight staircases, Florida heat. A crew that trains for sport handles a hot tub differently than a man with a pickup and a bad back.
Everyone on the truck is insured and trained on proper lifting, and they turn up in a blue shirt rather than whatever they slept in. You will know who is in your driveway.

The questions we get most
- How is the price worked out?
- By how much room your stuff takes up on the trailer, not by the hour. You get a firm price before we start loading, and it does not change because the job took us longer than we thought.
- Do I have to move anything to the kerb?
- No. That is the entire point of calling us. Leave it where it sits, in the attic, behind the shed or under the house, and point at it when we arrive.
- Is there anything you cannot take?
- Hazardous material: paint and solvents, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, and medical waste. Everything else is usually fine. If you are unsure, send a photo and we will tell you straight.
- Do I need to be there?
- Not always. For driveway, kerbside or garage jobs we can often work from photos and a phone call, which suits landlords and out-of-state owners. Anything inside the house, we would rather you or someone you trust is present.
- What happens to it all?
- Anything still usable goes to donation or recycling wherever we can place it. Furniture in decent condition rarely needs to go to landfill, and it costs you nothing either way.
- How quickly can you come out?
- Often the same or next day, depending on where you are in the county and what is already on the schedule. Call and ask. We will tell you honestly rather than book you and reschedule.
